Ski School & Private Lessons

Chilli & Ice will take the hassle out of arranging ski lessons and hiring equipment by using our VIP service. All you have to do is contact us with your requirements or state your requirements on the booking page and we will make sure all your skiing equipment/options are waiting for you on arrival. This service is very popular and allows maximum time on the slopes.

From our own experiences we always recommend private lessons, as opposed to group lessons. The increased one - one attention will ensure you progress with your skiing in a shorter period of time and it provides flexibility in your lesson locations (compared to ski school, where you are usually based in one place all week).

For private lessons, we have a number of relationships with highly professional local private ski / snowboarding instructors, who we know have an excellent approach to skiing instruction. As many of our previous guests know it is also about making sure you have fun on the mountain while learning!

Our private instructors will pick you up from the chalet and drop you off after your lesson.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons  2009/10

The National Ski School, ESF, have an office in Samoens and Morillon and have over 95 English speaking instructors. We recommend booking via their website at http://www.esfsamoens.com/gb/index.html as it is in English and quite easy to use.  Please do state you are Alps Accommodation guests, when making your booking.  For guests staying in Morillon or Morillon 1100 the ESF website is at www.esfmorillon.com An indication of prices is provided below.

We also work with 360 International Ski School.  They have excellent qualified bilingual instructors for both skiing and snowboarding in either small groups, private lessons or to take you to the new areas not reached before.  Book in advance then visit them at their office just at the bottom of the Grand Massif Express lift by the roundabout.

All the companies are open for reservations from mid-October until the end of the winter season.   We do recommend pre-booking.
